•        Payment is strictly required before shipment unless other arrangements have been negotiated.

•      Credit card facilities are only available in our International Store where check-out is in United States Dollars.  Southern Africa customers are invited to also use these facilities although, while individual item prices are shown in Rands and US$, final check-out is in US$
  

•      Warranty.   Everyday Elegance Online Jewelry International (EEOJI) warrants its products to be free of flaws and defects when shipped to you.  Should a product fail during the first 90 days of ownership, EEOJI will, at its discretion,  replace the item concerned.

•      Allergy?  Some jewelry may cause the wearer to experience an allergic reaction.  The customer buys at their own risk in this regard.  In the case of earrings we can supply sterling silver 'shepherd' hooks (claimed to be 'non-allergenic') at a slightly increased price.
